The device is not powered on.
1: Check if the lock is locked. If it is not locked, the startup cannot be started
2: Check if the power cord is connected and if the ACC line is connected to ACC for control
3: Check if the power cord fuse is burnt out. If it burns out, it won't be powered on
Device is not connected to the Internet, and the video cannot be viewed remotely.
1: Check whether the device is plugged into the 4G card or whether the WIFI is connected to the Internet
2: Check if the 4G card has traffic
3: Move to another location to see if there is a network, the network signal is different in different areas
The recorded video has not been saved and cannot be played
1. Is the hard drive or SD card formatted on the machine? If it is not formatted, this phenomenon may also occur
2: Check if the storage device is damaged and if the capacity is sufficient for use, with a minimum requirement of 32GB
How to play the device's video files on the computer? Or the video cannot be found
1: We use dedicated players for H265 and H264 encrypted formats for playback. Universal players on Windows systems cannot play directly. Please contact sales staff.
2:  The packaging storage device needs to be formatted in the system before the file system matching can be done
3: The retrieved date does not match the date in the memory card, and the video cannot be retrieved
GPS preview does not locate, and keeps reminding that there is no positioning.
1:  GPS cannot locate indoors or in a metal shed, so the vehicle needs to be moved outside for automatic positioning.
2:  The best installation location for the GPS receiver is on the roof of the car, followed by the center console. It cannot be hidden under the glass.
3:  Check whether the GPS antenna connector is plugged in reverse with the 4G antenna connector, or whether the antenna connector is open.
4G signal is weak and the video cannot be opened in real time
1:  Move the vehicle to an open area. The signal will be weakened in the woods or desert.
2:  In some countries or regions, some frequency bands are blocked, and you need to inform the specific 4G usage area
3: Check whether the 4G antenna connector is open circuit. If damaged, replace it.
